2、Answer inquiries & settle problem shipments with customers

Job Description:
1、Monitor and manage and develop sales team.
2、Monitor A/R collection from sales controlled clients where needed

Key Requirements:
1、College degree or above.
2、Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
1.Excellent organizational skills
4、Good command of written and spoken English, CET-6
5、Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

Ocean Exp - Operation
Job Description:
1、Arranging all the documents transfer to the relevant parties in a timely manner, booking space 2、with carrier’s agent directly
3、Coordinating with customer, oversea office, broker, ground service and warehouse to make sure 4、every shipment can be moved out smoothly and timely
5、Solid understanding of NVOCC operation
6、Providing to issue freight invoices and related documents

Key Requirements:
1、College degree or above
2、Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written
3、Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
